Well I am not sure of the point of forcing you to go and see the person against your will. The problem is that no cure exists for AS, all "they" can do is to mitigate some of the bad effects.
But you have to watch out that you do not press certain buttons, as soon as you say anything about or make some comments on the following topics
Killing yourself
Killing someone else
An act of violence
You will start to head towards very hot water, the problem is that having AS makes you different. I am careful not to say diseased, but sadly the mental health industry equate AS with a diseased state. I am not an Aspie supremacist I view aspies and auties as being of equal worth to NTs, but some of the less enlightened parts of the mental health industry view us as jigsaws or problems which needs to be pinned out on a board, analysed and then fixed and turned into NTs.
Not all of the medical industry are that bad, if I could choose my own medical team to consider matters related to my AS then I would go for Tony Attwood, Simon Baron Cohen and Oliver Sacks. But knowing my luck I might get some quack like as bad as Wilhelm Reich. I guess that having Wilhelm Reich as your doctor could be quite fun, but I think the modern quacks that some of us here have encountered are much less fun and much more damaging.
The thing is as a little harmless aspie you are not viewed as a threat, but the mention of violence against yourself or others suddenly changes the way they view you. When you make jokes about acts of violence the therapist will start to worry that you might not know the difference between fantasy and reality, and that you might start attacking random passers by.
I think the risk of being attacked by a mentally ill person is over estimated, but most of society live in terror of the mad murderer who has just escaped from the mental hospital or is a “care in the community case”.
If I went to work on Monday and outed myself to my co-workers as an aspie, I think that they might jump out of their skin. If I made a joke about beating lazy students with a cricket bat then they would think it is in bad taste. But if I outed my self as an aspie and also made jokes about using the cricket bat to motivate the students, I think that a real danger would exist that they would think I was about to go on a cricket bat rampage.
It is the combination of a joke about violence and a mental difference which will ring the alarm bells.
So if I was you I would not make any remarks about the violence which you think is funny. Unless you start to get a sudden urge to attack passers by then I would keep you mouth shut about violence, if you do get such urges then talk to someone before you get the chance to act on such urges.
BTW My tastes in hummer have changed over the years. The things which I find amusing now days are not things which NTs would get very nervous about. Poems such as those in Revolting Rhymes are viewed as funny harmless stuff, but when you look in detail at some of these poems you might find some poetry such as Struwwelpeter very menacing. Flying Robert is a bad bad tale about a kid who has a horrid but funny accident.

I am not a jigsaw, I am a free man !
Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.
