Yes...all these notifications are too. I must have a clean inbox before bed, without fail!
But this slow laptop is making it troublesome tonight.

Well different European countries have different plugs as standard. British plugs are the worst to stand on. Beastly things.

never stood on an American plug, so I guess European ^^

also got a cut on my forehead which bled quite a bit

and tomorrow I'm going to the hospital, because I more than likely have a vitamin b6 deficiency

:(

Why would you need to go to hospital for that? Can't you just go to the doctors and ask to be tested and then if you are measurably b6 deficient then I'm sure they'll give you some injections or something. Also, you could just take a trip to your local supplement supplier or even mail order/order online some high dose b6 supplements.

I don't understand why you are going to the hospital either, but good luck!

I got tested like 9 or 10 months ago and my level was low, so I've been taking tablets for the past while, then in April my level was still fairly low. So I'm going to the hospital tomorrow because I have to get some injection or something.

Thanks for asking though :)

I've never minded injections though, apart from one time a year ago when I got a camera shoved down my throat to see if I had to get my appendix taken out.

Anyway, they had to put some sort of hole in my wrist to put the sedative in, hurt quite a bit.
