My hubby is sensitive to rough textiles. What are some brands of soft clothes you would recommend?

PS: We had to return clothes or exchange clothes frequently because of this problem, especially if it's a gift.....Some stores can be real jerks about it. Any advice on where to shop would be appreciated.
