17 and a half when we got her put to sleep.
She was probably in a lot more pain than we thought - and she just put up with it, and we didn't know how sore she was.
Its sad because we could have put her to rest sooner and saved her that pain. She was a very brave little cat, and I talk to her spirit a lot because I know she's here with us.
My mother is in tune with spirits and she thought she saw a white entity whipping around the corner in the shape of a cat where Meg's dish was. She also heard Meg Meow in the room the day after Mum took her to the vet to be put to sleep, and I smelt Megs fur.. came from no-where then went when I was on my bed making a Meg memorial scrapbook for my older sister.
(none of this is a random lie.. sorry for disrupting the thread0
We had to have our cat put to sleep in January. She had cancer and it was on the day I had my exam (January 10th). I cried a lot.
