I actually like being in my 30s. It's like you don't feel as obliged to have to be out partying like you were in your 20s, but you're still not too old if you do fancy going out partying.

The only hard thing about being in your 30s is that you know your biological clock is running out and you have to really make a serious decision on whether you want a baby or not. I'm still at this stage.

Your 40s are weird because you are sort of getting too old to have babies but most women in their 40s are still getting periods.

I'm not looking forward to my 50s when I hit menopause. Then in your 60s you need to keep more of an eye on your physical health, and in your 70s you need to keep more of an eye on your memory, as developing dementia is most common in your 70s and 80s.

If you think about it, life really is short.

I prefer not to think about it, but I still do anyway.

"Do something".

Hmmm...

"Don't do something".

I'm trying to turn down a pay rise because I've learnt now that whenever a pay rise is on the horizon it means they just want to put more pressure on us. That kind of blackmail doesn't work on me. It'll just mean paying more poll tax at home and more pressure at work, so why put myself through that stress just for an extra few quid?

What Aspies assume NTs talk about all the time: Sports

What NTs (both genders) really often discuss a lot: Shopping and price deals

How it is that I've been highly anxious and depressed from work, with all the pressure and bullying I suffered last year at work, and the panic attacks I've had in front of people at work and even kinda had a nervous breakdown at Christmas, but have one of the best attendance records within the last year?

I mean, I can't be that strong, as I break down crying at the drop of a hat.

My regularly used towel suddenly smelled like metallic burnt electronic.

It's been about a month.
Despite numerous laundry...
I can't stand it. I'll just get rid of it. :?

I need a new towel.

I emailed the landlords reminding them to tell us if the s**theads upstairs are moving out so that we can move up there. It'll be top floor so there'd be nobody living above. I'll be so happy not to have to live in earplugs and headphones all the time. It's too restrictive and is not fair that I have to pay £800 a month rent when I can't even live comfortably.

Every time I walk out int the summer sun, it's a shock to my system. I'd rather be in my apartment loom knitting plush toys for the good girls and boys with my favourite music playing in the background. I know I need to get out. I'll be walking to the park from now on. There's nothing for me at the lotto store, except for creeps who come up behind me and ask, "Are ya winnin?"

Too warm all day and night, itchy nose and sweaty.

Very suspicious.
It'll rain very hard tomorrow I'm sure.

Autumn is next month and it's my worst season of the year, so I bought myself an autumn colouring book to help me deal with the seasonal depression I get every September.

I had blood in my stool both the other day and yesterday.

No bloody stool today, but I'm going to call a specialty clinic tomorrow to make arrangements for a potential appointment to determine if anything is wrong with me.

Why I can not stick to routine of exercise and eating to make myself healthier when I make sure to turn up for everyone else. Why can't I just show up for myself. I am sick of being burnt out so whenever I am alone I just need to do nothing rather than working on bettering myself.
