What's the last weirdest dream you had?

I had another nightmare about rising sea levels. It was raining very heavily and my family was living in ocean front property. The tide was higher than usual. I told my parents thai I was afraid the sea levels were starting to rise. My dad told me that sea levels will not rise in our lifetime. We won't be around to see the sea levels rise.

Been dreaming of cats (which I love/ special interest most of my life) and scary, but pretty, bugs...2 dreams this week.

Last night, I dreamed that I had 4 cats. (I have none since my best friend of 17 yrs died 2 yrs ago. Can't get another one right now.) I was at "home," although it was a house I've never been in..... and I saw from a distance that one of the cats was vomiting. It had the same name as a cat I had years ago, but didn't look like her. It was black and white, sort of cow print. There were several spots on the floor w/ liquid...and the last had these strange bugs in it...sort of large bugs for a cat to eat, that looked like shield bugs. Most were whole and bigger than most shield bugs.... like Palmetto bug/ cockroach sized. All of them were grey, white and black colored, with intricate patterns on them. The cat seemed okay for a little while after and laid down, then she moved and I was searching all over the house for her. She continued getting sick and whole bugs of different sizes, unchewed, were coming up. I checked the other cats to be sure none of the others were sick. It was only that one cat.

A couple of days ago I dreamed that I was at "home" in a house I have never seen....and in the corner of my bedroom, about halfway up the wall, just near where my bed was.....I noticed that there was a strange sort of odd looking box attached to the wall. It was about 8 x 8 inch cube, with the side facing out completely open, almost like a little shelf. It seemed woven out of thick, large strands (vine sized) of this strange silvery grey and black, velvety cord stuff. I noticed it because my cat, who I had for 17 yrs, was there standing on my bed, checking it out. I thought it was pretty, but didn't touch it, because the cat seemed interested in it in a way that made me suspicious of it. Then, a huge spider, like tarantula sized, separated itself from what had appeared to be part of the ceiling of the box, and started coming out towards us. The rest of the box also started moving...and I realized that the whole box was made of these spiders, different sizes, holding onto each other in their nest. My cat caught the big spider.... and then I woke up.

I was a teenager and I was talking about things I'd like to do to my sister like that concentrate song where you draw shapes on the other person's back and end with pulling the person's head with a rope. My mum said, "You would really like to do that to your sister. She's the only sister you've got and you will learn to love her." I was also very promiscuous in that dream and I was dressing well, use your imagination.

I dreamt I was in a 3 story used good market similar to goodwill or such. I found a rubber bass flute that played 3 diatonic tones lower than a standard C-Bass flute. I gathered it up along with a portable folding stereo system and several other things. then I crossed an empty room that was being reconfigured to hold more stuff, then I awoke.

I dreamt I was in my late sister's house as it was back in the day, but it had deteriorated as though unoccupied for many years. I was alone then suddenly my niece showed up and told me she had to take my sister's truck and pull somebody out of a ditch, so I bid her adieu, locked the front door but it refused to close for some reason, then my late sister showed up and we went into the kitchen where I saw a clear donut case full of pizza and other leftovers, I reached in for a bite but sis told me it was bound for the compost bin, but not before I tasted some pizza. then I awoke.

I was working in a call centre again and basically doing everything I could to avoid having to take calls.

I had an extremely realistic dream that my high school best friend visited me and I was telling her about my short story that is going to get published in a book - the anthology of horror stories

I had two dreams this night:

1. Me and Vibia, a character from my fanfics on the Man in Black from "Lost" got a warning from the nurse-like monster from well... "From" that she was going to skin us alive.

2. I was a boy from a filthy rich family living on a Trantor-like planet and I was showing my former college lecturer our luxurious mansion on said planet

BTW, this is a recurring dream, I dream about this from time to time No idea why - though I do like to imagine that I'm such a boy living on a Solaria-like planet with my best buddy - a robot.

had weird dream where my dad and older brother showed up late at night in my tin can which grew a basement for the dream, saw my brother's car's headlights go left to right behind the curtains of my living room, then heard my brother at the door, I let him in and he went downstairs, and several other people including fleetwood mac singer christie mcvie were having some kind of animated discussion down there, i was upstairs when suddenly it was daylight, but all the clocks showed different times, i went in search of an accurate clock time and in the hallway there was an improbably placed phone with a digital display of time which said 11:11. it rang, and my dad picked it up and yelled "BLAH BLAH!!" and set the receiver down, christie mcvie came upstairs in a huff and slammed the phone down, then lied down in the hallway and complained about how she was not treated right. then i awoke.

I had a dream where I visited my parents that lives in the country side. Turned out that they had hired a very famous stand-up comedian helping them raking leaves in the garden. When he saw me he smiled and said: "I bet you didn't expect to see the country's laziest stand-up comedian here!"

I dreamt I went swimming in two pools in my hometown, the first one was a private health club's lap pool, the second one was at a local junior high school that was open to the public according to a sign posted outside that said "pool is always open to the public." I could feel the warm water around me and the exertion as I swam through the water. I didn't seem to have to breathe although I tried one time. I was aware of kids in other parts of the pool away from the lap portions. after I was finished I went outside and got on a scooter, then the principal of the school walked by and expressed curiosity about my hybrid [pedal and electric] and I let him examine and tweak portions of it. then Dan Ackroyd the actor came by and he distributed white sheets of craft foam and black markers and had us draw crude scenarios on them which we acted out. he was a cool cat.

I had a dream that I got diagnosed - or was about to get diagnosed - with ASD.
