Any idea/advice for my fiction writing?

I'm a fiction writer struggling to think of some unoriginal themes for my novel.
I would like to hear your ideas and advice about what I should choose as my next topic to write about. :D
Anything random that comes to your mind?? :?: :?:

I saw a book a Toastmaster friend of mine has: 300 Writer's Prompts. I'd like to get that book. It has a lot of great ideas.

I want to write a story about a Jew being in the Nazi camps, but I'm struggling with some of the facts about it to make the story really get through to the reader emotionally. I've researched a lot about the Nazi camps in Poland and have gathered enough facts, but I still want to know what tricked the Jews into getting to the camps in the first place.

But I'm not sure if this counts as fiction or non-fiction?

A reporter with the ability to travel back in time is a pop culture icon in his own time for one reason; the reason being that he interviews people associated with infamous unsolved crimes hours before they actually happen. The interviews are not only important to law enforcement, private detectives, and amateur sleuths, but also are a form of popular entertainment hence the reporter's unexpected fame. After interviewing such people over a long and admirable career, he leaves his field of work. One day, he unexpectedly is visited by a younger man asking the reporter for an interview with him. During the course of the interview, the protagonist is told that the younger man is his future replacement and that he himself will be associated with a crime that will never be solved.

This is quite a topic that I never would have thought of were it not for your reply, thank you.
I'm not very familiar with Welsh culture because I'm from a completely different cultural background, but this could be another chance for me to learn something new. Thanks again :!:

This is absolutely one of the most creative ideas I've heard of, thank you!
I wish my writing skills were just as good enough to live up to this level of novelty.
Probably I need to take extra time and energy to hone my skills to reach a satisfying level.

I want to make a speech I did about my cat into a story.

I also want to write something tennis-related (fiction or non-fiction, but not one of those weird fan-fics. I want to write a biography of the player who inspired my user name here).

I don't consider myself as much of an athletic person, but I still like watching sports matches on TV, particularly winter sports e.g. short-track speed skating.
I looked his name up and it says he's an Uzbek professional tennis player. He would also make an interesting person to work on a biography of.
