azpoetchris's admission of having the had The Bee Gees for his first concert gave me the idea for this thread, so here it goes, I never tell anyone this...
My first concert was...The Bay City Rollers. In Dayton, Ohio.
I had a crush on the lead singer, Les (I'm still a "sucker for an accent") 
However let me redeem myself by saying my 2nd concert was "The Who" in Cincinnati where the 11 people got trampled, that was my last concert for a LONG time.

I'm slightly obsessed with The Bay City Rollers, mostly because The Ramones and The Dead Boys liked them, and they're silly, and I love the 70's. I like The Who too.
My first concert was embarrassing. Billy Joel. Yup. I'd trade that for The Bay City Rollers, but then I'd have to time travel to before I was born.

I even wore those stupid pants they used to wear, do you know the ones I mean. The "Floods" w/ the plaid down the side and around the bottom hem? LOL thinking about those pants
I like Billy Joel a lot, (hes on my ipod) but never got to see him in concert.
"I Wanna be Sedated" was like my anthem when I was 15 or 16. Ya can't go wrong w/ The Ramones.
Would REALLY like to see Paul Simon in concert but don't expect that to happen soon, noone comes to play here.

I've been to a few concerts
first was a Dennis DeYoung show
it was awesome
next was Heaven and Hell (aka Black Sabbath) (with Down and Megadeth)
It was good too
then Genesis (my personal favorite)
and then Rush
(it was okay)
next is Styx-well Styx, REO Speedwagon (whom I like too) opening for Def Lepperd (I don't really know them well, I am there for the first 2)
who knows what'll be next
hopefully Fleetwood Mac gets back together or Genesis goes on tour again
I'd see Dennis DeYoung again too-Heaven and Hell is a maybe-too many pot heads
Rush ignored all their prog stuff for the newer junk

I went with my mom and my aunts to see the Jackson Five when I was five years old. It was so loud I just stood there in a daze, not really listening to the music. Besides, I didn't understand the concept of seeing a group you hear on an album in person. So when my mom kept pointing to the stage saying, "There go the Jackson Five!", I didn't know what she was talking about. And I thought she was saying, "Jacksons on Fire".
