Giant HUMAN skeleton! 8O

Quote:
Recent exploration activity in the northern region of India uncovered a skeletal remains of a human of phenomenal size. This region of the Indian desert is called the Empty Quarter.

The exploration team also found tablets with inscriptions that stated that our Gods of Indian mythologicalyore, Brahma, had created people of phenomenal size the like of which He has not created since. They were very tall, big, and very powerful, such that they could put their arms around a tree trunk and uproot it. They were created to bring order among us since we were always fighting with each other. One of he sons of Bhima of the Pandava brothers is also thought of to have been carrying these genes. Later these people, who were given all the power turned against all our Gods and transgressed beyond all boundaries set. As a result they were destroyed by God Shiva.

The Geo Exploration team believes these to be the remains of those people.

Govt of India has secured the whole area and no one is, allowed to enter except the NatGeo personnel.

I imagine that will be proven to be a fraud especially as humans have been getting taller through history not smaller

There have been verified finds of hobbit-like skeletons on an island somewhere - and if I'm not mistaken visitors to that island reported seeing tiny people just a thousand or so years ago. They wer human-like skeletons but not human - just a very closed shared ancestor.

You refer to Homo floresiensis from Flores in Indonesia. This is not strictly an example of humans being smaller in the past; they are rather an example of island dwarfism, being smaller than any possible candidate for our last common ancestor. Indeed, however, there is no set progression of whether humans get larger and smaller. H. erectus, the common ancestor of both H. sapiens and H. neanderthalensis (sorta), could be quite tall, especially given the nutrition of the time, being around as tall as modern man and certainly taller than neanderthals.

I didn't comment b/c....I almost thought it was real but too good to be true...... :o

I read an article about giant skeletal remains that were up to 6/8 tall and were around 2000 years old!! I guess it was rare to be tall then. Can't remember what country that was in.
