I've started Slim-Fast, today. Before you all beg me to stop, this is not a diet thing. The reason that I'm doing this, is because solid food has been hurting my stomach, lately since that stupid woman turned against me, and this is my only way of getting nutrition into my body, for now. I'm also doing the three snacks, and the easy and sensible supper. I also have a piece of fruit, with each shake.

I've stayed away from the casino, since March 5th. I'm taking part, in a three year self-exclusion. Imagine if I was at a slot machine, at my local casino. I look pretty unusual, in today's callous North American world. The security guard looks at a video screen. “Mick Avory is here!”:lol:

As for me....

I am fond of card games.

There is a dog named Daisy sitting next to me. She is lovable, but absotively criminal. She doesn't miss any chances to escape, but she always comes back again. It's still no less worrying to me each time, for some reason.

I plan on going to sleep soon.

My car is booked into the vet next Monday. It needs servicing and its annual booster is due then. :lol:
