I think it might be a good idea to start keeping a journal. Then I would be able to keep track of how I felt at certain times.

I wish I had done that earlier in life, but... I did not have the energy to write a journal. .n.

I used to keep a journal because my mom made me do it and I focused a lot on factual things that happened like "I just started a new school year and this is what I have been doing lately and blah blah blah" but focusing on how you feel is actually a pretty good idea, I might have to do that.

On a completely unrelated note, the weather outside is insane. It is barely raining but there is a ton of lightning everywhere and the wind is insane, on my way home from class I got a really good view of a lightning bolt that hit a hill just a few miles in front of me.

I don't think so. I journal all the time. When I can't bring myself to say something to my family or anyone I write it in my journal.

I got into a argument today with my best friend and instead of trying to talk things out I did my best to keep my mouth shut (I should do that more often) and wrote about it.

I'm still very disappointed in myself. Why can't I realize that lonely is what I was meant to be?

The air quality in my area is horrible. The smoke from the Williams Lake fire and the 200 other fires has reached Langley over the past few days. I'm staying indoors as much as I can.
