That report button is there for a reason people. Some people need reporting even if they haven't said anything bad. Even if they entered several * in messages to make it look like they typed bad or offensive language but never actually did. Some people just need banning the minute they register, even without making a single post, cos they have been banned before for behaving like a spoilt brat

I'm sure with a little encouragement, it can be done ie a loser making several new email addresses so he can keep registering and breaking the rules by spamming topics with foul language and spamming users inboxes with irrelevant messages that they don't want

Why would you even bother making multiple email accounts?
You can probably use the same one for everything.

Not me though, I only made one new email, already had 2, only the new one is a "fake". I'm only guilty of spam

If your original and secondary WP accounts have been banned, either through bad behaviour or by "personal request", then the email addresses used to register them cannot be used to register any other. Wise idea

I'd laugh if they did, the FBI are not exactly frightening, I'd be more scared of the average US cop. "Fake", or "false", a name given to an email address or Farcebook/other social media account that the owner has not entered their real name or details into, usually using the name of a character from a TV show, or some euphemistic name that looks like a normal one but is a bad attempt at wit eg Robin Banks (robbin' banks)
