Not particularly, but I do like to take the excuse to go out to dinner.

Do you prefer chain restaurants/stores or local ones?

That sounds dirty. :P .

I have done plenty of salivating over meals.
When I was down in the swamplands down in Florida as part of a class, we had not eaten anything but processed garbage all week. At the end of the week, a guy that had shown us some of the out of the way places made us a huge vat of spicy shrimp boil with ears of corn, bigs chunks of fresh veggies, and a variety of seafood. Given that I felt starved from hiking, canoeing, and swatting mosquitoes all week, it was one of the most delicious and satisfying meals I have ever had.

Have you ever done any primitive camping or living where you lack electricity, running water, and the other amenities of being a person that grew up in the Western World?

I went camping in such conditions for one night once and lived without such amenities (except for electricity) for a little over a week.

What is one pet peeve you have?

Hmm... one thing that tends to wind me up on a regular basis is the ring of the phone in my house, which is very high-pitched and very loud. :(

What's your favourite type of meat?

I read very random books and usually two or three different ones at the same time. I don't think I have a favorite genre.

What exactly does that mean? Act like an idiot? Temporarily lose the function of one of your senses? Use logic and reasoning instead of what you 'see'?

I have done all of those, so the answer for me is yes.

Do you have anything that you do really well?
