I just had the weird random compulsion to want a cigarette. A cigarette! I haven's smoked in about eight years! I definitely do not want to smoke, all things considered. It just snapped into my head - feel like a cigarette.

I haven't smoked in 15 years but lately the stress is so bad I keep wanting a cig. I take that as an emergency warning. Reduce stress in any way possible, quick! If I'm wanting a cig, there might be an element of self-sabotage at work. Get help!

There's no quorn about it.

What's the point of being a vegetarian if you're gonna eat something that's not chicken and still dress it up as being chicken.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no activist but its things like this that make me fume.
