Former drinker, but it had to end because of liver health, obesity and medication reasons

Had about an ounce of whiskey at the end of the night last night.

Might have a midday drink or two - a toast to one of our deceased beach friends. I bought a bottle of 1800 blanco reposado cristalino to gift to one of his closest beach friends to toast Wayne, so, chances are it'll be tequila before work today and then Probably a beer with my artist bud if he's home when I get there late tonight.

Interesting mix of drinks throughout the day.
Some premixed tequila soda drink someone gave me at the beach.
Splash of whiskey from my flask.
Had one late night Corona with the painter. (I bring him beers)
Sipping some "Northern Comfort," from a local distillery/liqueur maker right now.

I am not sure really why drinking a lot of beer makes you look older? Could it be it’s dehydrating effects?

Booze stresses your body in many ways.

Probably both are correct.

Dehydration, liver damage, kidney damage etc etc. Everything is connected.

Stop alarming me, folks! :shaking:

On my second bottle of Mulled Wine, though it's only 5.5% alcohol.

Ended my night last night finishing off the last couple ounces of Patron Reposado I had. Too many almost finished bottles hanging around taking up cupboard space... may as well kill another off and make room for Christmas time liqueurs. I bought some Apple Strudel liqueur (BC made from their own vodka, apples from Creston, and cinnamon - that's it - so good!) and some Bailey's Irish cream new flavour release of "Tiramisu."

Sailor Jerry's is pretty good to just sip straight.. nice spicy vanilla flavour.

Had a couple ounces of cheap whiskey earlier. Might have another drink yet tonight, might not.

Coffee water and chicken broth yesterday. So far same menu today. Was feeling a bit off so no booze. Gonna keep that streak going a bit - too much to do And likely gonna be some holiday season social drinking so may as well cut down persona consumption. Good to cut the calories a bit, too.

Maybe bud light in the UK which is 3.5 ABV over here is a healthier alternative to stronger beer like san Miguel or leffe blonde which is 6.6 percent
