I have 2 pencils from the mobile church that I volunteer at that say "one small step". ...I wonder if that step is one I should've taken 8 years back. Idk... maybe I'm just looking for something or someone to push me into it.

It deeply s---ks when mental health issues, for all the efforts and lengths you went to with a staff within a circle of care, still persists because of things outside of your circle of control like the scarcity of jobs.

In my opinion showing that the way males meditate isn't different from the way females meditate..(in terms of neuroscience, 'brain waves', neurology etc)..is key to showing how gender isn't a thing.
