I'll probably have to start taking sleep medication which will make me even more immobile

I also have an art exhibition in June

I need help writing a grant proposal and I'm not sure if I'm sad or tired

Well no because it makes me extremely lethargic even after sleep. I've used it before and it's a tad bit too effective at times

Hmm...

Be dead on the inside, not to feel so that there are no emotions to deal with?
Or wrestle with the fickleness of emotions from within, that is with a very narrow chance of mastery at all?


I already know how to take the external types of chaotic stimuli. Intensity, quantity, layers, and it's effects.
But how about internal ones that involves emotions, hormones, mental states, or even basic needs? Just practically anything that affects within or beyond physical. They're more complicated than just understanding and figuring one's own sensory system. :|
