I prefer the taste of full sugar coke, but I haven't had that in months now and don't intend to have it ever again. I have too much sugar in my diet anyway, without adding to the load, with sugary soft drinks.

Yeah and sugar contributes significantly to obesity which can lead to diabetes and so on. It is worth being careful about this kind of thing.
