They do have that option, yes. It is available in common supermarkets.

I prefer the sugar version purely for taste, but I am trying to consume a normal amount of sugar in my diet, and going sugar free with soft drinks is helpful for me.

Yea, the doc said I might be diabetic so I thought I'd better cut down on my sugar intake..

Even if you are not diabetic, having a high sugar diet can contribute to obesity, which in turn raises the risk of developing diabetes in the first place.
