Am gin-less at the moment as Asda screwed up my last order and then refused to refund me which I'm a bit pissed off about. Local shop sells alcohol from 8am so will be getting a bottle there later this morning.

Swung by a liquor store to pick up some Granville Island Winter Ale but they were all sold out :/ would have been a perfect night for it. Ah well, drank a couple cheap IPA's and had an ounce or so of pretty good tequila in a toast to one of the guys that recently died & then gifted the rest of the bottle to Ninja. All in all a good few drinks by a big fire on the beach tonight. 8)

How many hours in a row are you drinking? 2 or 3? Nah. 6 or 10? Yeah.

I pine to go back to my drinking days. I'm not supposed to drink with my crazy pills.

You're better off without it mate.

Back on the gin and tonic tonight after a stressful visit to the dentist.

Too bad I can't drink with my pills. I'd like to get sozzled until I pass out right now. Don't bother waking me in the morning. The world is only made for those who are meant to be like everybody else.

Had a couple beers last night. Haven’t felt like drinking at all today - coffee earlier, just water since.

Another sober day/evening. Doubt I'll pour a drink tonight. Just don't feel like it. Been enjoying drinking a fair bit of water all evening - some cold, some hot.

I've been getting in supplies to last me through to 27 December, I've got 4 bottles of McEwan's Champion Ale in the fridge, together with four cans of exotic stout craft beers. Right now half way through a bottle of Estevez Chardonnay from Aldi.

:?

I’m not that kind of drinker that has x number of days supply on hand and I drink it and re-up. Not at all. If it weren’t for wanting a different variety I’m sure I could go for a year or more without buying anything new with what I have on hand. And if I counted the alcohol in the rest of the house as if it were mine it might be a lifetime supply.

Same here. I've got 2 litres of Gordon's gin and lots of diet tonic. Have another Asda delivery booked for 27th Dec which should keep me going until new year.
