My meltdowns have lessened in intensity and occurrence as I've gotten older.The last one was I believe after a few ideas didn't work out the way I planned.

I don't really read all that much, but the last book I read was Rainbow Road by Alex Sanchez. I read it about a year ago.

If I am studying I need background noise. If I am talking with someone, I sometimes have difficulty separating what they say from the other noises.
