No one knows what Christopher Columbus looked like. No authentic contemporary portraits of him were found. Most just reconstructed his appearance from written descriptions.

I've just been ambushed twice by the 'Captcha', but instead of serving up one of those nightmarish 'mark all the squares containing....' conundrums, it simply asked me to confirm that I was not a robot. Now why couldn't they have come up with that half a decade ago?

Ironically, I am a bit of a robot in some respects....

Every time I go to a company's support section before I am able to create a support ticket or chat or call I am always forced to go through their FAQ which of course NEVER has the problem that I am encountering listed. Usually am forced to click on topics that have nothing to do with my problem because there is no "other" or "my problem is not listed" option. Of course bugs will never be located in a FAQ because if the company were aware of them they would fix them instead of making an FAQ about them. It is so irritating I want to punch something.
