Only can grieve for the number of lives that were so badly damaged by the mind of one individual , whom thought she should play god with the lives of over five different people not the least of which were two of her very own child .
Gaslighting herself all along the way.

I did an even better job of sitting around feeling miserable all day than usual (on top of my other health issues, I have had a very sore throat the past few days, caused by post-nasal drip probably due to allergies - I really need to see about changing allergy meds again). Go me!

Hoping auntblabby hip gets better , enough cod liver Oil and glucosamine chondroitin Capsules should help alittle bit ,
Add a touch of chiropractic adjustment , shake well and serve with ice cream. In small portions.
(This is a long term fix for creaky joints , I. Believe .

elderly D.O. Explained this to me . But I added the ice cream idea .
