Actually did not believe Alex Plank was a live person .. sort of a max headroom creation . Or at least someone would established this site and moved on. Very cool to know this creator is still creating . And is in existence.
And still here ... sorry not meant to be rude , just first times have noticed him posting .

MAN they did a follow up to that show .. comedy shorts offering fitness advice to the british public..
but it is not available anywhere anymore as far as i can see... ! !

Needto redefine my whole attitude to life n how I relate...
Noticed it over time ...
This means not being stuck in place ..
esp when some room is given to remove self from the mire..

Even if it's not enough..some is better than none..
