I just finished reading 'Alone Together' (making an Asperger Marrriage Work) by Katrin Bentley.

It was a great encouragement to me to read how an NT/AS couple were able to overcome their 'culture' differences.

It was especially helpful to read this story from the perspective of a female NT spouse/partner as it helped me to not only see my behaviour as clearly as I have ever seen it, but also allowed to me see and begin to understand how this affects my wife.

I was also reminded of the simple things that help me cope with my neurology, like regular exercise, adequate sleep, good nutrition and avoidance of additives, preservatives etc.

I would recommend this book to anyone in an NT/AS marriage. :D

I'm doing pretty good with my endeavor to quit smoking, and am down to 1/5 of what i was smoking before yesterday. I have these fake smoke thingys that have nicotine in them, that's why it's fairly easy. It's too early to say with 100% certainty, but, I think I finally decided to do it. :D
