A copy of the complete Carmina Burana. The ones they currently sell only have 24-30 of the over 254 poems and songs originally found in the manuscript. I have a PDF version somewhere, but I want one I can take along with me while waiting for my shift to start.

Ooh, that'd be fascinating. I've always wondered if the kids in the childrens chorus of the Orff version know what the songs are about. My mom had an album of it when I was little that had Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" on the cover and I used to stare at that for hours. And if I've misspelled Bosch, I apologize. I can't spell today for some reason. :?

A signature by Cliff Bleszinski.
Now it will be pretty hard to get one though. I have a signature by Tim Sweeney on a game already. A signature by John Carmack wouldn't be bad either, best would be a signed Doom game in that case, a signed copy of Wolfenstein would get me into jail due to German law forbidding the game.

And it would be nice to own all compositions by Chopin in one box that I could put on my shelf. I think I saw a somewhat complete CD set once, but it was quite expensive.

An entire month to sit around and do nothing. That's coming up in a few months, though.

At least someone else knows what the Carmina Burana is. I particularly like "Dum Caupona Verterem," "Ecce Gratum," and "Omnia Sol Temperat." When I first heard of bands like In Extremo, Qntal, Corvus Corax and Tanzwut making Medieval Rock versions of the songs, I went and ordered their entire discographies (I only wish Tanzwut would have done the entire song, not just a few verses in Dum Caupona Verterem"). I have also listened to the opera versions of the songs. As for the children, hopefully they never got to read about the fairly graphic portrayal of the 10-hour love scene with Venus... 8O  That makes any of the songs they sang look tame.

I always wanted a poster or mural of that in my house somewhere, perhaps the kitchen.
