I went to school with a young woman studying operatic singing and the level of volume that a trained singer can produce is simply staggering.

The bus driver made me laugh today

He reminded me of me, the way he dealt with a person who tried to get on his bus for free by lying about his pass being in the post

"On your rocket mate, you're not taking the piss out of me"

The same guy had tried the same trick a few days before apparently and is well known for it

It was the talk of the bus for about 2 minutes

I am morbidly wimpy when it comes to the real suffering of people or animals but I find performative limb removal and arterial mishaps and the like absolutely hilarious.

I watched The Untamed recently (very romantic ) and there were some Monty Python-esque arm detachments and I loved them.

I also found the Hannibal series quite sweet, though, so possibly there really is something wrong with me
