It's just another day down and another month gone. But that is rock and roll I suppose

I dislike people who say they're going to do something and don't, including myself therefor i'm not excluded.

Going to have a meditation weekend.

Also animation scenario: two people meet in a dream by pure coincidence and must find the gate to high heavens to dream travel together, each episode will contain different dreams they go on together. It won't be "space" related like Rick And More Tea, more down to earth bizarre scenarios, containing real life dreams from mine and others dream diary.

...Or is that too cliché?

I have logs of a different kind. I can't help it.

Since the end of the year is coming...

I did a little whole year review, with two possible influences:
The lunar cycle and my reproductive cycle.
Know what I found out?

I get to be more productive and focused during the new moon and sometime before that... Better sleep and better moods.

Then dwindling productivity and usually overwhelmed during the full moon and sometime before that. Worse sleep, worse moods.

I skipped this entire September's period.
Then went weird with November; it moved my period's date by a week.

My periods are unusual.
If I had a period right before and during full moons, I'd get very impulsive -- while before and during new moons, it's the complete opposite of that with weird paradox like state.
Affecting my EF.


I'm not advertising anyone to do the same or start believing in lunacy.
This is a report, based on a compilation of my personal recorded observation (spanning over 10 months long) while experimenting with bullet journals and trackers.

And it's an ongoing practice and project of mine, to refine self monitoring and to find what the heck am I actually been sensitive over.

This is only my 1st successful year out of total 3 years of attempts and practice.

This is still not a reliable for me.

My executive functioning is horrible. If I ever lose my day planner I am in deep trouble.
