I must have twinged a muscle in my shoulder or something and the pain had spread to the side of my neck and upper arm. I can barely turn my head to the right due to pain.

Woke up with a dry mouth and chest pain. I'm thinking it's my omeprazole, because this has been happening for the past few days.

I had to move all my pot plants outside because some tiny fly-like insects and creepy tiny mite-like creatures were breeding in the pots. They were becoming out of control and I'm worried that they might keep breeding somewhere in the house even without the pots. I'm also worried that this extreme summer heat may kill my plants.

For a second I thought you were talking about a grow-op!

Anyway, it's 5am, I'm having trouble sleeping, and I have to wake up early so I can see my psychiatrist. :(

I have to move to another flat very soon, I was there today again and still find it confusing, all the new stuff, rooms are not in the same order like where I live now.... I just hate changes, I guess. Maybe it won´t be as bad as I think now.

My sister, who recently got diagnosed with breast cancer and lost all of her hair from the chemo, isn't feeling well, today.

Someone told me to tell them about myself and my interests and I didn't really know what to say. There isn't much to say and that bothered me

I saw my psychiatrist today, he barely even glanced at the neuropsych assessment he was supposed to read, and he refused to believe that I had ADHD or that I was significantly autistic. Instead of prescribing the meds my neuropsych recommended, he simply said to bump up the dosage of my Zoloft, which I was thinking of doing anyway since it says 0 refills left on the pill bottle. I hate psychiatrists. Psychologists are good, because they actually try to understand your problems and help you, but psychiatrists are nothing more than glorified pill-pushers.

Also, my chest still hurts. I'm pissed off enough that I could probably punt a cat or something (not serious, I wouldn't do such a heinous thing, but you know what I mean).

I gave up on college today, now begins the painful retreat process. Maybe I'll finish someday. Going to try to join the military I suppose, they're strangely more ASD friendly than the general public, even though they do bare people with significant problems, good thing I'm so underdocumented. They offer you jobs/positions based on nothing really other than your asvab test scores. A lot more stable then fumbling in the dark trying to get a job at god knows where after college if I could even get my degree.

Today is still a sour day, I'll be leaving this place behind in a few months, I've made a handful of genuine connections here and they will be missed.

Yup.

They're also paid incentives for reaching a certain number of prescriptions. Hooray for useless medication and over diagnosing!

Anyways, for my answer to the topic.. my morning coffee was lukewarm at best. I need a new barista.. :|
