I'm going to deposit my paycheck and pick up a prescription. But first I'm going to take out the trash. I'm dizzy with anticipation.

I bought Dumbo on DVD today. I loved this movie as a kid and enjoyed it a lot today!

Meeting Aspies from WP is Freaking Awesome!
This thought has crossed my mind a million times!
What is it about us that treads the line between isolation and conversation,
between self involvement and reciprocation?
I am working on it, by which I mean to say, it bubbles up out of my subconscious
and holds the sway of focus, until I swing away again,
regretting once again, my short attention span.

Yeah,being on WP has made me realize I do like talking to people, just not IRL.
Real life has no preview button (or edit).

Yeah, It is frustrating, planning out the conversations in your head,
and then they go out the window and the ball doesn't bounce back into your hand
or, you think of the perfect reply, and you get interrupted, by someone that
beats you to it, or who has no idea, or who changes the subject completely!

But, don't give up, you are gaining precious skills!
The preview button is a fantasy anyway
and it's in real life that you will hone the skills from 'the ball that bounces back into your hand' to a game of concentration and reciprocation that rewards your attention.

Anyway. I'm so old I'm thinking about applying for a job as an extra in the next 'Mummy' movie!
