A stranger's kindness. I was supposed to get a couple of packages in the mail today, and when I checked they weren't there, but the tracking said they were delivered this morning. Just a few moments ago, a man came to my door and gave them to me letting me know that they were delivered to the wrong mailbox, his. I feel... confused by such a kindness, but am grateful.

I am happy today because the new EMDR therapy program I am doing at a clinic for AS people seems to be working to deactivate my c-ptsd emotional flashback response after years of not making progress going to NT psycho-babologists who had no idea how to understand or help me because I am on spectrum.

A little bird was in my bedroom fluttering about between the blind and the window.

It wasn't trapped because as soon as it said good morning to me and I said good morning back, it just made it's own way out.

i set up the bathtub with a bunch of toys and rigs for my hamsters to play in. one of them wolnd climb up the side (i put a rug there) and without fail jump onto my legs and climb me.
