My cousin has her 18th birthday today. I know I should call and wish her all-the-best, but I am really reluctant to it. She's a really good girl, I am afraid of interactions.

I wish I could send her my thoughts BEST WISHES and she would know it, without any word.

EDIT: ok, so I've just called: LEVEL COMPLETE! Congratulations and good luck in next!

I, too, had to make a telephone call today to wish someone I see every day at work happy birthday and I didn't. I know she would like it, I know that's how people do. but I simply couldn't get at peace with the idea of human-to-human contact.

After I've read the edit of the post above: Good for you! I myself couldn't pluck the courage to make the call.

I was once a bullimic and a anorexic kid... It was such a long story but it was something I rather not go back again.

I started smoking again on the forth day. This time of year is stressful me. I'll try to quit again after the weekend. I'm trying to psych myself up for it again.
