I had the afternoon off from work for no particular reason other than to use up PTO before the end of the year.

nothing in particular, except possibly the feeling of feeling physically comfortable in my own clothing. many say they find clothing uncomfortable and etc

I finally resolved one of the medium-sized problems. I still have 3 medium-sized problems and 2 big problems to deal with. Still a long way to go...

I've adjusted my medications/herbal remedy times of administration and they seem to work better that way.
