Found a new cheap hobby in the last 24 hours... Taking ugly decrepit retro game cartridges and making them run and look as good as possible. I turned an old NES game cart marred with twenty plus year old rental store graffiti from childhood from looking difficult to give away to anyone outside of working in waste management to looking and playing like new last night. I find the process strangely relaxing and rewarding despite being fairly time consuming.

I attended the third part of my computing course at the local library this afternoon, and received a glossy, personalised certificate for completing the latest module.

just sitting in an air conditioned library after school and looking at 1970s era maps of the soviet union, that used to belong to west point. such incredible detail.

also had an..amazing lunch...i really like quinoa now.

Normally, making a C on an exam I would not make me happy. However, I thought I'd failed the darn thing. I still have a chance in that class, and that makes me happy.
