My "friend" won the bullying case at his work where he was the victim of bullying. He will receive a good amount of money plus his wages for the ~10 months he couldn't go to work.

Gosh, it's been so long since I posted in this thread.....

Anyway, this afternoon I was helping my folks move most of my dad's huge book collection from a storage unit to a friend's house, and he was looking at all the boxes of books he's accumulated over the years. He said something like, "I'm just looking at how foolish I was in the past, buying all these books, most of which I never read....all the money I spent on them." I came over to him and said gently, "But, it made you happy at one point - that makes it okay." Then he gave me a hug and said, "Thanks, Coupe...you're a good kid."

I just found a piece of chocolate stuck to my elbow. Delicious.

I don't have to go to work today (Monday). I said this before but I'm feeling happy about it again.

I went back and re-opened the old model NES I mentioned sort of repairing last week, and re-worked/cleaned the pins, and now all of my games work in it perfectly every time. It now actually seems nicer than the top-loader because I don't have to force the games into it's pins nearly as hard as with the tight fit on the top-loader's pin slot which always makes me cringe every time I have to change games in it :?

I finished my taxes today. I could not bring myself to do them for months. It became like a phobia.

i wore a super nice pair of antique rose-colored circular glasses that belonged to the grandmother of my friend. 8)
he gave me a ride home from a school event at someones house. we were discussing fundraising, making a promo video feat "Phat J" and we got pizza and played taboo.

though i couldn't get the hang of using a vaporizer.

I had a restful and unevntful weekend, but did manage to walk my dog, do laundry and do some yard work. Plus since I walked my dog for about 40 minutes I was able to enjoy really awesome weather.
