I made a breakthrough in therapy today, got my SSI appt scheduled, saw tons of cool halloween stuff while browsing for orange party items for my sister's birthday, and went to Arby's.

Today, I discovered my worsening health problems that doctors haven't been able to bother giving a name... are probably due to unknowingly drinking dangerous amounts of water. Now I just have to be mindful not to drink nearly so much, and my health, physical and cognitive, might vastly improve.
