I examine it: How do I feel? Why do I feel anxious? Is it based on reality? Is it useful to feel this way? Rational? This goes a long way to diminishing or eliminating the anxiety entirely.

How do you cope with anhedonia (not experiencing pleasure/joy)?

Stubborn perseverance
