I have 2 pet rats.
They are named Rose and Sally
They are named for Tokyo Rose and Axis Sally, two radio personalities who ran propaganda for the Axis during WWII. (I'm showing my Aspie/geek cred here. Talk about special interest!)

I'm too loving and I send the wrong signals because of that.

I've been invited to write a chapter in a book dedicated to a human disorder I wrote a PhD thesis on.
Must restrain my verbosity and remind myself that it is only a chapter. Not the whole book.

Yes, absolutely excellent!

On a similar note, I received my calipers in the mail yesterday. Trying to lose weight myself.

I went to school with a girl who's mum served her Chef Boy Ardee for breakfast. She's 4 ft 4 and she weighs 300 lbs. I'm worried about her.

I've actually met one of the several actors to portray the role of "Dr. Who" that being Tom Baker really...

It took a lot of balls for me to use the avatar that I parted with, last night.

It really was stupid of me to try to force myself to develop a special interest in Sleepy Hollow and Pirates of the Caribbean. While those are good movies, my true passions lie with the four movies I've been obsessed with since last year - Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sweeney Todd and Edward Scissorhands.

Never try to force yourself to become obsessed with something when you're not. It either clicks or it doesn't, and when you try to pretend otherwise, you're just kidding yourself.

I remember pretending to be obsessed with The Beatles between the ages 12 and 15. I should have just fessed up to my parents that I was a Kinks Fan back than and than I should have shut my mouth. I rambled on about The Beatles instead and I did a very crappy job pulling it off.

The song "Grenade" by Bruno Mars perfectly describes the relationship I had with my former best friend and unrequited love interest. I could have written the song myself.
