I'd have to pick sausage tortellini as my favorite Italian dish.

Have you ever tried anchovies? Did you like them?

Yes, CosmicRuss - I could do this at 6 years old and yes, sterfry - I love 'em.

What's the light pollution like where you are - do you regularly have a clear view of lots of stars?

Never tried them, never will.

Are you following any celebrities on Twitter?

No,

Do you notice people's first impression of you?

Anchovies are yummy but I don't eat them.

Light Polution in Wellington is about average.

I don't follow celebrities.

Sometimes I notice peoples 'impression' but I am told I am overly analytical and prone to paranoia.

Favourite vegetarian/vegan Thai dish?

Red thai curry, with garlic, chillies, peppers, onion, shredded spinach, brocoli.

Brown rice with mung beans,

Sometimes mix in kidney beans too.

If you could take up any profession in the world, what would it be and why?

Movie director because that's what my idol does.

Same question.

Scientific research or promoting love and happiness to the world.

Who is your idol?

Idol is probably too strong a word - but Prof. Eric Laithwaite comes pretty close.

Same question ('cause it's interesting!).

I admire His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama for his wisdom and humour.

Same question.

Difficult to say..... Maybe Nikola Tesla for his research which could potentially allow us all free energy.

What technology or invention do you most admire?

The iPod, especially the Shuffle. How does it scramble up all those songs anyway?

What kind of music player do you use?

You mean an mp3 player?
Anything generic, preferably capable of playing a non-proprietary file format. The iPod does nothing new except bind you tighter to Apple.

Do you own a TV?

Yes, my wife and I own a couple of electromagnetically aimed electron accelerators. Only use one of them on a regular basis for watching movies or when there is ever anything good on broadcasted signals.

How much time do you think it will take for a manned mission to mars to be underway?

It's hard for me to formulate a well-predicted date. I think that the "mission to the Moon" was a bit more predictable, as far as when it would occur goes. That's just because the Moon is, well... just that. A moon. Not an entirely different planet. However, I am pretty sure it will be accomplished or near-accomplished by the time I am of average child bearing age (mid-late 20s; no, I am not planning on children.)

When was the last time you had a headache?

Right now.

When's the last time you went to a museum?
