The frozen tundra in Iowa has been thawing the last two days, hopefully this lasts for a while. I lose all motivation to go anywhere when it's well below freezing.

for about a half hour there was a giant golden and pink cloud parked right over my house, and it cast everything below in a magical golden pinkish glow that made it look like heaven temporarily dropped down to street-level :D

I had some work to do on top of a grain elevator for which I needed it to be fairly calm and reasonably warm. For a little while this afternoon, the wind died down and even thought it is Sunday, I went up for two hours and got the most critical of the work done.
