I am going to the store for beer this morning. I really like going into the cold room.

I was so preoccupied with the cherries I was looming that I nearly forgot about breakfast.

It is hard to be surprised, but today I heard the mailman drop of mail. I changed from my "non airconditioned home" clothes to my "not get arrested clothes" and saw I got a DVD or Blu-Ray disc. I was delighted because if must be the Blu-Ray of Lon Chaney's The Monster. I knew it it had been shipped. It was an award for a Kickstarter thing. (I'm a sucker for some Kickstarters).

I opened the white plastic envelope lined with bubble wrap, with a FRAGILE sticker sealing it shut.
Much to my total DELIGHT, I was wrong. It was my Blu-Ray copy of Hyper Knife with Park Eun-bin. I'd forgotten I bought it because it too a couple weeks to be delivered. I knew knew that when I bought it.

So I'm sitting here at my computer typing this in, but my inner spirit is hopping around the room with a big smile, and waving the Blu-ray over head.

Disney has come up with some pretty cool things in recent years.

I remember when I was at school in music class we had a test and in it there were 8 true or false questions where you had to circle true or false. The teacher said that if we didn't know the answers we should just guess. So I guessed the true or false answers, hoping I'd at least get one of them right. But when we got the tests back the next day I noticed that every one I had circled was wrong, so every true I circled was false, and vice versa.

So, in a way, I should have passed, if you looked at it from a "circling the WRONG one" perspective.

My mother told me today that during the weekend she picked a cherry from one of my dad's cherry trees and a wasp that was eating the cherry stung her hand. I read that wasps really like fruit juices, but I never heard of them eating cherries before. She said her hand swelled up and was very sore and itchy. My aunt told her told her to put some tea tree oil on it, but that actually made it worse. My mom might have had an allergy to the "essential" oil, which I read is extremely toxic if taken internally, and is very dangerous to cats and dogs.

Anyway, her hand is better now, but I guess this means no more cherries from my dad's trees. Which is a bummer since she brought me some the other week and they were really good. I've seen those fake wasp nests that you can hang up to scare wasps away, but today I saw a photo of a fake nest that someone had hung up, and the wasps built their real nest inside the fake one! They said it did keep the wasps away for a couple of years but maybe they just don't care anymore, or got smarter and realized they weren't in danger, and who wouldn't want to move into a nice house that's already built, isn't already occupied, and doesn't them anything?

I read not too long ago that Koko, the sign language fluent gorilla, once said (in sign language), that she thought humans looked ugly.

I can see what she meant since humans are also apes, but our lack of hair and standing fully upright must look very unnatural to gorillas.
