Have given up on the Guinness as was putting on weight as it's very calorific.

Back on the gin and diet tonic today.

My parents are going holiday for 3 weeks soon

I proposed the idea that I should give the pub a miss next weekend. My parents insisted though that I should go out next Saturday because I will need the company of friends.

You don't always have to do what your folks tell you to do. Especially if you're not doing any harm and they're not even gonna be there.

Yeah I mean it’s not like one weekend is away from pub is going to make me feel lonely in the long term.

On the gin and diet tonic again today. Just have to watch the units per week. Try and get it under 50.
