For the 11th day in a row, went way over. Every single day
Do not know what is getting on my nerves this time
Whatever it is, is under 3 weeks old
Nothing drastic happened lately to me, that I know of
Scale still says 47.6 kg
Have not gained weight thus far yet

Suspect scale malfunction
Osteoporosis, diabetes, hypothyroidism,
Some diseases cause appetite increase
Almost desperate enough to go to medical doctor
Hate and fear medical doctor
In order to get me to go to the medical doctor office, would getting physically dragged inside

I have had oatmeal with bananas and the first cup of tea for the day. Boring maybe but it is what keeps me going
