A few years ago, I'd drink a bottle and a half of 13% Shiraz most nights - I'm determined not to go back to that....

3:40am, haven't slept a wink. The sun is just rising from the northern side of northeast. Smoked a cigarette on my balcony, nightingales are singing.

Just had some quinoa salad, potato salad and curry & rice. The rice was actually a little off. Initially I thought it just tasted different but after eating a small amount, I concluded it was going bad and threw the rest away. I hope I won't get sick.
