200 pushups and crunches a day, generally try to not eat a lot and keep a balanced diet, ice skating, rockclimbing, walking my dog, the occasional long run.


How do you keep mentally healthy?

The question implies that I am mentally healthy. I'm not, and my shrink will attest to that. In any case, I try to avoid stress, try to avoid obsessing too much over my interests, spend a fair amount of time in self examination, read psychology, and get therapy.

What do you do when you are feeling blue?

I'm still a teenager, so I don't really have any regrets about time and such... I do wish now that I have more time for reading, however; I like reading all the time, but I am obviously prohibited from doing so during classes at school. :roll:
