I think you're right about us all feeling that way to some degree. Funnily enough, WP is the one place where I actually feel at home, although I don't always feel like I belong here :)

I tried working out with barbells today.

I couldn't keep proper form, and all the guides on proper form are too complex to understand.

Guess I'll try harder tomorrow, since hiring a personal trainer is far too expensive.

Hi All :)

This is the only thread where I feel a friendly vibe on WP...and my favorite members post in here :)

I've been meaning to do a search and learn the nature of ten's interest in traffic cones...perhaps I'll remember this weekend...

Tigras is a cheeky bastard...and I like that :) cracks me up sometimes...

Kjas is ultra friendly and I appreciate that heaps...I've come in here a couple of times disheartened and Kjas has met me with a friendly greeting...much appreciated :)

Lundygirl is nice...but I haven't sussed her out yet ;)

Kein: expression of experience graphically...good job :) good to hear you place importance on form...if you keep the weights low and concentrate on form for a couple of months it will pay off :) initial strength gains are from learning to control your body with your neural system...

Smartalex: you have managed to become hated with so few posts? Good job! :) I'll have to go hunting for the posts you've made to accomplish this ;)
