I am called the Big D in WP, but I am not big in real life. I am 5'4", and the "big" applies only to my pudginess.

I've had supper already.

I need to repaint my fingernails. Some of them have been washed clean by nail polish remover (don't ask).

I've been living on my own for five years, this month.

Looking back over some of my old posts, apparently I have been trying to move on from my Johnny Depp obsession ever since March. That means that I have been struggling to find new special interests for the past 8 months, which is a lot longer than I had originally thought. I have tried to force myself to develop new special interests so many times that I no longer trust myself when I think I may have come across a new one for real.

I talk about this with my mom all the time. She must have the patience of a saint, because she has not gotten annoyed with me once over it. Today she said that the reason why I've been having so much trouble moving on from my Johnny Depp obsession is that I feel like it's a part of who I am, and that if I allow myself to get new obsessions, then I'm betraying myself. She also said that it has to do with the fact that this obsession involves a real person, so my feelings of attachment to him are much stronger than they usually are compared to when I get obsessed over fictional characters.

My mom also pointed out that I frequently use the words "letting go" and "giving up" when talking about my obsession. She suggested that this terminology may be hindering me, because it implies that I can never go back to it. She suggested that I instead start using the phrase "moving on" when talking about it, because even if you "move on" from something, you can always "move back" to it.

Yeah, I, on my part, used to frequent restaurants, especially novelty and expensive ones. Now without money, I learned to appreciate home-cooked meals.

Well, as for Napoleon, I supposed he was an inch taller than I am, but I am not ashamed of my height, though.
