Hey ten,
I think I understand now 
I have never thought of it like that...those poor cones...at all hours of the day and night...from freezing conditions to the blistering extremes of summer...they sit patiently on the ground guiding motorists along a safe path...sometimes they are the only thing between a vehicle and danger...and they sit in unclean conditions...getting covered in dirt and exhaust fumes...the only relief from this degrading state of existance is the odd rainfall event that leaves them standing alone with the grime baked to their bodies being carried away excruciatingly slowly, one rain drop at a time, like mascara and tears flowing down the face of one shamed and out of sight...able to freely weep, but with dignity...never for a moment losing their rigid and erect posture...standing proudly, as if they can only exist to please...yet they are never appreciated and so easily replaced by the ones they serve...
I will never look at a traffic cone the same way again...

This is the only thread where I feel a friendly vibe on WP...and my favorite members post in here
I've been meaning to do a search and learn the nature of ten's interest in traffic cones...perhaps I'll remember this weekend...

cracks me up sometimes...Kjas is ultra friendly and I appreciate that heaps...I've come in here a couple of times disheartened and Kjas has met me with a friendly greeting...much appreciated

good to hear you place importance on form...if you keep the weights low and concentrate on form for a couple of months it will pay off initial strength gains are from learning to control your body with your neural system...Smartalex: you have managed to become hated with so few posts? Good job!
