People who bring screaming kids into a library. Once upon a time libraries were known to be quiet places. Now they've become a glorified playground for children to run around and scream as much as they like and nobody must say anything because they're "just kids". That's no excuse, most children as young as 2 years old can be taught that libraries are quiet places, and if they really really cannot control their kid then they should leave it with a sitter.

I wish I lived in the times where children were left outside libraries and stores in their strollers while their parents went inside.
Now kidnappers and paedophiles everywhere.

Old(er) people in libraries are no different.
Our library is now hosting meetings of several groups and they are noisy. Bluetooth speakers, phone not just ringing but for music... several, different songs, audiobooks 8O ... People actually reading are asked to move out.
The world belongs to noisy people.

No card anymore, don't like it anymore, moving on.

I seem to find the sounds of small children more distracting, maybe because of their high-pitched squeals and unpredictability. I remember one time I was in a library to get some peace and quiet before my bus was due, and these two women had a toddler with them that kept running around the library screaming at the top of its lungs while the two women just let it carry on. The noise was ear-piercing, and I couldn't help but frown at them, and then one of them suddenly picked the kid up. It stopped squealing then.

I love kids if they're my own (what I mean by that is kids of friends and family members). But random kids in public do my head in. A couple of weeks ago I went out to a restaurant with my aunt and cousins, and right on the table next to us there was a baby in a stroller at that irritating "I want to speak but I don't know how so I'll just shout instead" age, and by Christ was it loud. I couldn't enjoy my meal properly, as the noise of the kid drowned out everything else and was hard to ignore. I just don't have the filters in my brain to be able to ignore the shouts and screams of babies and toddlers.

I live below two of them, but that's another story.

People who lie about having mental illness
People who lie about having physical illness
People who use vulnerable people in a way to get attention

Shame on them!

When people do like 50 sneezes. I know they can't help it, but sneezes shouldn't be like the hiccups. I get allergies a lot but the most sneezes I do is about 3, maybe very rarely 4 if I'm having a severe rhinitis attack. But the average for me is actually 1-2.

haha,
the- autism test- didn't know that since the 80/90s, libraries and museums are set for up the noise of 'progress',
fries in the basement of the museum, really??? You drive two hours to get to that abomination?

last time in the zoo, the only monkeys were the people, there was clearly not any 'progress' registered on the education scale, how do people get dumber by going to school longer?

People who get annoyed when I light random fireworks in the middle of the night.

A birthday Catherine wheel for K that was put in storage due to lockdown in 2019 and forgotten.
All the fast-match and sticky-fuse deteriorated, much to my amusement.

When people diagnose Mozart and Beethoven with autism but not Stephen Foster. Mozart and Beethoven had difficult childhoods, and I think one of them was deaf. Foster was brought up in a very secure, loving family, who encouraged him to succeed in business, but instead he was still different from them and was very focused on music, so focused that he could not hold down a marriage or a job, and shied away from social conventions in adulthood due to shyness and an aloof personality, and ended up dying alone in poverty. I think I would diagnose him with autism more than the other two.

And no, this is not just wishful thinking.
