I cried at the end of "all dogs go to heaven" as a kid... to me it was a milestone because I felt all adult because it was the first time I had been emotionally attached to a movie to cry about it...

I am creating a constructed world because if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, why should I not engage in the sincerest flattery?

I really want a steak for dinner, but I will eat something more healthy -- blah. :-(

Originally, I had started reading the book Fingersmith by Sarah Waters in order to inspire me artistically. But I didn't expect it to be very good. I didn't expect it to engage me as much as it has, leaving me hanging on every word and reluctant to set it down when I feel that I need a break. I didn't expect to be able to visualize the setting as though I had actually been there myself. Most of all, I didn't expect that I would become so attached to the characters and come to love them as I have.

I always have serious issues with closing doors for some reason, same with turning the lights off, it's so exhausting mentally, I don't get it.

I disagree with the choice of an avatar with profanity especially because there is a 10-year old somewhere.

I am very, very excited about the upcoming Tim Burton/Johnny Depp movie, Dark Shadows. In fact, checking Google News for updates about it has become a sort of obsession in and of itself. Every night when my family sits down for dinner, I have to tell them whether or not there was any Dark Shadows news that day. I also feel like I have to complain that there still hasn't been a trailer or official movie posters yet. "Why has there been promotional materials for movies that are coming out after Dark Shadows? Tim is holding out on us!" I feel like I say that at least once or twice a day.

I just bought canned green tea. What possessed me, I haven't a clue. It's not too terrible, though. Better than that shite instant coffee.

I was hoping to go get some exercise, but it appears to be too icy out. I already feel like a lazy slug.
